CMOS\u96f7\u8fbe\u7cfb\u5217\u642d\u8f7d\u786c\u4f53\u52a0\u901f\u5668\u5b9e\u73b0\u6676\u7247\u5185\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u4f7f\u5ba2\u6237\u80fd\u591f\u7075\u6d3b\u9009\u62e9\u5b58\u53d6\u539f\u59cb\u8d44\u6599\u6216\u8005\u9884\u5904\u7406\u8d44\u6599\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u5df2\u5728\u6676\u7247\u5185\u4f5c\u96f7\u8fbe\u8baf\u53f7\u9891\u57df\u5904\u7406\uff0c\u51cf\u4f4e\u4e86\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e3b\u5904\u7406\u5668\u7684\u8d1f\u62c5\uff0c\u7cfb\u7edf\u67b6\u6784\u6548\u7387\u63d0\u5347\uff0c\u4ece\u800c\u7f29\u5c0f\u4ea7\u54c1\u5c3a\u5bf8\u5e76\u964d\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0cXENSIV CMOS\u611f\u6d4b\u5668\u3002\u8be5\u611f\u6d4b\u5668\u4e13\u95e8\u9488\u5bf9\u8d85\u4f4e\u529f\u8017\u5b58\u5728\u68c0\u6d4b\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4f18\u5316\uff0c\u5b83\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u63d0\u5347\u667a\u6167\u5bb6\u5c45\u4e0e\u7269\u8054\u7f51\u88c5\u7f6e\u667a\u6167\u5316\u6c34\u51c6\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7269\u7406AI\u611f\u6d4b\u5668\u3002\u914d\u5408\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8f6f\u4f53\u5e93\u3001\u5f00\u53d1\u6846\u67b6\u53caFCC\u8ba4\u8bc1\u53c2\u8003\u8bbe\u8ba1\uff0c\u5ba2\u6237\u548c\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u53ef\u5feb\u901f\u6574\u5408\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u96f7\u8fbe\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u7ec8\u7aef\u4ea7\u54c1\u4ece\u5f00\u53d1\u5230\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u8fdb\u7a0b\u3002\u300d<\/span><\/p>\n<p 60 GHz CMOS\u96f7\u8fbe\u611f\u6d4b\u5668\u4f7f\u7269\u7406AI\u5e94\u7528\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u667a\u6167\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u80fd\u591f\u4e0e\u7528\u6237\u8fdb\u884c\u66f4\u81ea\u7136\u76f4\u89c2\u7684\u4e92\u52a8\uff0c\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5b89\u5168\u76d1\u63a7\u6444\u5f71\u673a\u3001\u667a\u6167\u6e29\u63a7\u5668\u3001\u667a\u6167\u7535\u89c6\u3001\u6696\u901a\u7a7a\u8c03\uff08HVAC\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf\u7b49\u573a\u666f\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p
