To meet the needs of intelligent and refined operation and maintenance of modern power grids, we have specially developed a series of high-performance overhead intelligent power supply platforms for various online monitoring devices, communication equipment, and sensor networks of transmission lines. There is also a deeply customized integrated power supply solution. For devices deployed in different sections and serving different monitoring targets (such as microclimate, conductor temperature, icing, image and video, galloping, sag, etc.), their working modes, power consumption characteristics, acquisition frequencies, and communication requirements vary significantly. Therefore, we carry out targeted design and manufacturing with specific acquisition information requirements, equipment power consumption characteristics, and on-site installation environments as the core inputs.
- Support power extraction from CT and solar energy, with dual-channel power input for charging the energy storage battery, and it can also supply power to the post-stage circuit.
- The solar panel protective cover is made of special glass with high light transmittance, high strength, crack resistance and yellowing resistance.
- Application scenarios cover the "power transmission line fault diagnosis device", "power transmission line icing monitoring device", and "power transmission line galloping monitoring device".
- The unique clamp - type design can adaptively install wires with a diameter of 23 mm - 4 mm. The wire - clamping grip force meets the requirement that the lateral force is greater than 50 N.
- The whole machine is designed in an elliptical shape, and the solar energy harvesting efficiency is stronger than that of the traditional shell shape.
